The invention provides a method for preventing and controlling erosion of a reservoir slope under a dry-wet alternation condition, and belongs to the technical field of ecological management engineering. The method comprises the following steps that potamogeton crispus and acorus calamus are planted in a waterflooding area of the hydro-fluctuation belt, reeds and myricaria laxiflora are planted in a dry-wet alternation area of the hydro-fluctuation belt, and cynodon dactylon, mulberries and pepper are planted in a runoff buffer area of the hydro-fluctuation belt. The vegetation space distribution pattern on the reservoir slope hydro-fluctuation belt is optimized, so that the whole dry-wet alternating type reservoir hydro-fluctuation belt system can reduce sediment transportation, reduce flood peak flow, purify water quality, improve reservoir bank slope stability, fix carbon and release oxygen, improve regional income generation capacity and the like. The method has the advantages of being small in engineering amount, small in investment, low in earth surface disturbance intensity, easy to maintain and the like, and is particularly suitable for areas with relatively backward economy and sensitive and fragile hydrogeological conditions.
