The invention relates to the technical field of foundation construction, in particular to a gravel laying method and device for electric iron tower foundation construction, and the device comprises a vehicle body which comprises a material conveying bin, a material falling bin and a crawler belt advancing mechanism; a first conveying belt and a second conveying belt are arranged, a material falling roller is driven, under the action of the material falling roller, gravels in a material falling bin fall on a sieve plate, the sieve plate vibrates, and therefore the gravels with different particle sizes are classified, large-particle gravels roll on the first conveying belt from the sieve plate, small-particle gravels are screened from the sieve plate and fall on a drainage plate, and therefore the gravels with different particle sizes can be classified. The gravels on the drainage plate roll on the second conveying belt; a second conveying belt is started firstly, the second conveying belt conveys small-particle gravel to a second falling hopper, and then the small-particle gravel falls to the bottom of a tower foundation; and then the first conveying belt is started, the first conveying belt conveys large-particle gravel to the first discharging hopper, then the large-particle gravel falls above small-particle gravel, and more stable supporting of gravel particles can be achieved.
