Construction method for forming temporary building in-situ site by pouring flow-state solidified soil containing red mud
The invention relates to the technical field of temporary building in-situ sites, and discloses a temporary building in-situ site construction method formed by pouring red mud-containing flow-state solidified soil, which comprises the following construction steps: 1) stirring red mud, fly ash, steel slag and ardealite according to a set formula proportion to form a curing agent, stirring and mixing the curing agent and waste muck in a stirring device, and stirring and mixing the curing agent and the waste muck to form a mixture; forming flow-state solidified soil; (2) the flow-state solidified soil is poured into the construction area in a layered mode through a material filling pipe, and a solidified layer is formed; (3) covering a thin film on the curing layer, and sealing and maintaining for a set time to form a temporary construction site; according to the present invention, the waste residue soil of the engineering is fully utilized as the engineering raw material, such that the waste residue soil can be recycled so as to substantially reduce the construction cost, and the high alkaline environment improved by the red mud and the heavy metal stabilizing characteristic of the geopolymer in the curing agent composition are utilized; the curing agent prepared in the invention can give full play to the advantages of the red mud and other components, meets engineering requirements, and can consume the red mud.
本发明涉及临建原地场位的技术领域,公开了含赤泥的流态固化土灌注形成临建原地场位施工方法,包括以下施工步骤:1)、采用赤泥、粉煤灰、钢渣以及磷石膏按照设定配方比例搅拌形成固化剂,将固化剂与废弃渣土置于搅拌设备中搅拌混合,形成流态固化土;2)、利用灌料管将流态固化土分层灌注在施工区域上,形成固化层;3)、在固化层上覆盖薄膜密封养护至设定时间后,形成临建原地场位;充分利用工程的废弃渣土作为工程原材料,使废弃渣土能够资源化再利用,大幅降低了施工成本,利用赤泥提高的高碱性环境和固化剂组成中的地质聚合物稳定重金属特性,使得在本发明中配制的固化剂能充分发挥赤泥与其他组分的优势,满足工程需要且能够消纳赤泥。
