The invention discloses a pressure dispersion type anti-floating anchor rod which comprises an anchor rod pile and a plurality of sets of bearing plates, the anchor rod pile comprises a plurality of supporting boxes, and the bearing plates are arranged on the supporting boxes; the multiple supporting pipes are vertically connected to the tops of the supporting boxes respectively, and except for the supporting pipe located at the uppermost position, the other supporting pipes are connected with the supporting boxes located above the supporting pipes respectively; the multiple supporting rods are arranged in the supporting pipes in a sliding and penetrating mode; every two adjacent supporting rods are connected through a buffer spring, and the supporting rod located at the lowermost position is connected with the bottom wall of the supporting box through a tensile spring.
