Pile head breaking device
A pile head breaking device comprises an annular cutting mechanism, a cutting mechanism and a driving mechanism, wherein the annular cutting mechanism is used for cutting the bottom of a pile head; the chiseling mechanism is welded to the top of the girdling mechanism, and the welding mechanism comprises a plurality of hydraulic chiseling machines; the connecting rod is welded on the side wall of the chiseling mechanism; the connecting mechanism is welded to the rear end of the top of the connecting rod and detachably connected to the excavator; the clamping mechanism is welded to the front end of the top of the connecting rod; and the dust falling mechanism is mounted on the periphery of the clamping mechanism. Through cooperation of the girdling mechanism and the chiseling mechanism, pile body girdling and pile head breaking are integrated into integrated construction, pile breaking operation can be rapidly completed through integrated forming, and the construction efficiency is improved; the device is controlled to move through an excavator, the device can be conveniently and rapidly moved, and the position can be accurately grasped when the device is arranged on the pile top in a sleeving mode. When pile breaking is carried out, water mist is sprayed to a pile breaking site, and the requirement for dust falling during pile breaking is met, so that a mist gun vehicle does not need to be arranged around the pile breaking construction site, and the excavator is convenient to move.
