The invention discloses a composite reinforced slope structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises a side slope body, a broken stone hardcore, a geogrid, waste tires, a sand layer, U-shaped nails and green plants. A rubble layer is horizontally laid at the reinforcement position of the side slope body, geogrids are laid on the rubble layer, junked tires are arranged on the geogrids, a sand layer is laid on the junked tires, meanwhile, a layer of junked tires parallel to the slope surface is arranged in the direction of the slope surface, and every two junked tires are fixedly connected through U-shaped nails. And filling soil into the waste tires along the slope surface direction and planting green plants. The construction method comprises the steps of (1) construction preparation, (2) gravel hardcore laying, (3) geogrid laying, (4) waste tire laying and slope waste tire reverse wrapping, (5) sand layer filling and (6) green plant planting. According to the method, the waste tires and the geogrids are simultaneously used as reinforcement materials to perform composite reinforcement on the side slope, so that the stability of the side slope is favorably improved, and the occurrence of side slope sliding disasters is effectively reduced.
