S50, skewback concrete is poured, and a chute is installed; and pouring the skewback foundation. By means of the supporting truss on the side slope, deslagging transportation and concrete pouring conveying operation on the steep side slope are achieved, and the problem that large machines and transportation channels cannot be arranged due to the fact that the construction site of the side slope bottom skewback foundation is narrow is solved.
