The invention discloses a recoverable street lamp foundation and a construction method thereof.The street lamp foundation comprises a protective barrel, a plurality of sliding grooves are formed in the protective barrel in the length direction, a relatively-fixed connecting disc and a relatively-sliding sliding disc are arranged on the inner side of the protective barrel in parallel, the connecting disc and the sliding disc are coaxial with the protective barrel, and axis holes are formed in the centers of the connecting disc and the sliding disc; the moving rod penetrates through the axis holes of the connecting disc and the sliding disc, the two ends of the moving rod penetrate out of the two ends of the pile casing correspondingly, the first end of the moving rod is connected with a spiral drill bit, and the second end of the moving rod is connected with a torque applying head; the multiple unfolding arm assemblies are installed in the sliding grooves in an openable and closable mode, each unfolding arm assembly comprises two unfolding arms with one ends hinged to each other, and the other ends of the two unfolding arms are hinged to the connecting disc and the sliding disc respectively; and the axial displacement limiting mechanism is arranged between the moving rod and the sliding disc and is used for limiting the axial relative displacement between the moving rod and the sliding disc. The operation is simple, the working efficiency can be effectively improved, and the device can be recycled after being used.
