The invention discloses a monitoring and early warning system for an urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery. The monitoring and early warning system comprises an axial pipe gallery settlement and upheaval monitoring system, an annular monitoring system, a wireless transmission base station and a client terminal, the axial pipe gallery settlement and upheaval monitoring system comprises a plurality of axial wireless tilt angle sensors which are arranged in the axial direction of the underground pipe gallery; the annular monitoring system comprises a wireless temperature sensor, a wireless water level sensor and a plurality of cross section wireless tilt angle sensors which are arranged in the circumferential direction of the cross section of the underground pipe gallery. The axial wireless tilt angle sensor and the cross section wireless tilt angle sensor correspondingly measure the axial and cross section deformation of the underground pipe gallery; the wireless temperature sensor and the wireless water level sensor are used for correspondingly measuring the temperature and the water level of an underground pipe gallery monitoring point; and monitoring data of the axial and cross section wireless tilt angle sensor, the wireless temperature sensor and the wireless water level sensor are transmitted to a client terminal through a wireless transmission base station. According to the invention, the condition of the urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery can be rapidly and accurately monitored and pre-warned.
