The invention discloses a braking system for a pure electric wheel type excavator. The braking system comprises a main controller, a power module connected with the main controller, an electronic accelerator pedal, a walking system braking module and a rotation system braking module. When the excavator is in a walking mode, the running speed and the SOC value of the power module meet preset requirements, the running state of the whole machine is judged according to an electronic accelerator pedal signal and a brake pressure signal in a walking system brake module, and the brake state of the walking system brake module is controlled; when the excavator is in an excavation mode and the running speed meets a preset requirement, the braking state of a braking module of the rotation system is controlled according to the SOC value of the power module and the rotation speed of the excavator; when the walking system braking module or the rotation system braking module is in a regenerative braking state, the generated electric energy is stored in the power supply module. Braking energy is recovered during walking braking and rotation braking, and the endurance time of the whole pure electric wheel type excavator is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种用于纯电动轮式挖掘机的制动系统,包括主控制器,与主控制器相连的电源模块、电子加速踏板、行走系统制动模块和回转系统制动模块;当挖掘机处于行走模式时,且行驶速度和电源模块的SOC值满足预设的要求,根据电子加速踏板信号以及行走系统制动模块中的制动压力信号判断整机行驶状态,并控制行走系统制动模块的制动状态;当挖掘机处于挖掘模式时,且行驶速度满足预设的要求,根据电源模块的SOC值和挖掘机的回转速度,控制回转系统制动模块的制动状态;当行走系统制动模块或回转系统制动模块处于回馈制动状态,发出的电能储存于电源模块。本发明在行走制动及回转制动时进行制动能量回收,增加纯电动轮式挖掘机的整机续航时间。
