The invention discloses a ground sound-insulation floating floor slab and a construction method thereof, the floor slab, a damping sound-insulation layer and a pouring layer form a sound-bridge-like structure, and the pouring layer is divided into a floating layer and a decorative surface layer; the shock absorption and sound insulation layer is used for reducing/eliminating/blocking noise transmission, and the shock absorption layer comprises shock absorption blocks arranged in an array mode and rock wool arranged around the shock absorption blocks in a filling mode; the floating layer is formed by mixing and pouring cement mortar, and is arranged on the top surface of the shock absorption and sound insulation layer, and a PE film is laid between the floating layer and the shock absorption and sound insulation layer; the sound bridge structure is formed by the floor, the damping and sound insulation layer and the pouring layer, so that sound and impact vibration of the ground are obstructed, the floating building layer can be poured by adopting components such as cement mortar, and the pouring liquid of the floating building layer can have the conditions such as corrosivity; therefore, the PE film is arranged between the floating layer and the damping and sound insulation layer to guarantee good sound insulation performance of the damping and sound insulation layer in order to guarantee good performance of the rock wool and the damping blocks.
