The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, in particular to a truss laminated slab which comprises a main rod. The web bar is in a continuously-bent wave shape, an upper bending point is formed on the upper edge of the web bar, and the lower end of the web bar transversely extends and then is bent upwards to form a lower bending point; the longitudinal rod is arranged on the upper side of the transverse extension part of the web bar, and the extension direction of the longitudinal rod is approximately parallel to the main rod; the upper pressing piece is installed on the lower side of the lower bending point, the upper pressing piece is provided with a pressing and holding part extending to the upper side of the longitudinal rod, and the pressing and holding part and the transverse extending part of the web bar limit the longitudinal rod in the vertical direction; and the pouring body is used for integrally pouring and connecting the longitudinal rod, the upper pressing piece and the transverse bending part of the web bar. The invention further provides a processing method of the laminated slab. By optimizing the structure of the web bars, the longitudinal rods can be conveniently assembled, the influence of the web bars on the longitudinal rods can be reduced when prestress is applied to the longitudinal rods, and the problems existing in the prior art are effectively solved.
本发明涉及建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种桁架叠合板,包括:主杆;腹筋,腹筋呈连续弯折的波浪形,腹筋的上缘形成有上弯折点,腹筋下端横向延伸后向上弯折形成下弯折点;纵杆,置于腹筋横向延伸部分的上侧,且纵杆的延伸方向与主杆大致平行;上压件,安装在下弯折点下侧,上压件具有伸至纵杆上侧的压持部,压持部和腹筋横向延伸部分在竖向上对纵杆限位;浇筑体,浇筑体将纵杆、上压件、腹筋横向弯折部分一体浇筑连接。本发明还提供了一种叠合板加工方法。本发明通过优化设置了腹筋的结构,能方便组装纵杆,还可在对纵杆施加预应力时,降低腹筋对纵杆的影响,有效的解决了现有技术中存在的问题。
