The invention discloses a foundation column and a connecting structure and an application method thereof. The foundation column comprises a foundation short column. A vertically-through hollow cavity is formed in the middle of the foundation short column. Foundation bolts which are vertically embedded in the foundation short column and vertically penetrate through the foundation short column are arranged on the periphery of the foundation short column, and external threads are arranged on the side walls of the ends of the foundation bolts. And the end head of the foundation bolt is in threaded connection with a leveling nut. According to the connecting structure, two corresponding leveling nuts are connected in a threaded locking mode or a clamping mode, and connection of the foundation short columns is achieved. The application method is used for achieving construction of exposed column feet and embedded column feet. Through use of the foundation short columns and the leveling nuts, quick connection and adjustment of components can be achieved, construction of exposed column feet and embedded column feet in the prior art is facilitated, construction procedures are reduced, the construction period is shortened, and efficiency is improved; the quality controllability and reliability are improved; and the cost is reduced.
