The invention relates to housing construction engineering, in particular to a construction method of a material conveying port suitable for housing construction, which comprises the following steps: arranging an embedded pull ring on the top surface of a prefabricated plate, the embedded pull ring protrudes out of the top surface of the prefabricated plate, arranging prefabricated plate steel bars in the prefabricated plate, and the prefabricated plate steel bars penetrate through the prefabricated plate; a hoisting piece is arranged above the material conveying opening, the pre-embedded pull ring is connected with the hoisting piece, the prefabricated plate is horizontally placed into the material conveying opening and adjusted to the preset installation position, and prefabricated plate steel bars and floor bottom bars on the periphery of the material conveying opening are bound; and the connection between the hoisting piece and the pre-embedded pull ring is released, pouring is conducted on the top face of the prefabricated slab, and construction of the material conveying opening is completed. According to the method, the problems that according to most construction methods of a material conveying opening in the prior art, after material conveying of floors is completed, a formwork is erected again at the bottom of the material conveying opening, secondary pouring is conducted on a formwork for pouring through a steel pipe vertical rod supporting mode, but when the floors are high, stability of the steel pipe vertical rod is difficult to guarantee, and large potential safety hazards exist are solved.
本发明涉及房建工程,特别是一种适用于房建的传料口的施工方法,包含如下步骤:在预制板的顶面布置预埋拉环,预埋拉环凸出于预制板的顶面,在预制板的内部设置预制板钢筋,预制板钢筋贯穿预制板;在传料口上方设置吊装件,将预埋拉环连接吊装件,将预制板平放进传料口,并调整预制板至预定安装位置,将预制板钢筋和传料口四周的楼板底筋绑扎;解开吊装件和预埋拉环的连接,在预制板顶面进行浇筑,完成传料口的施工。本方法,解决了现有技术存在的传料口的施工方法多为在楼层的材料传输完成后在传料口底部重新支模,浇筑用的模板通过钢管立杆支撑的方式进行二次浇筑,但是当楼层较高时,难以保证钢管立杆的稳定性,存在较大的安全隐患的问题。
