The connecting steel columns are mounted at the top of the construction enclosure foundation through expansion bolts; the construction wall skin and the construction wall frame are connected through bolts to form module units, and the multiple module units are spliced to form a construction wall body and connected with the connecting steel columns through high-strength bolts. The middle and the top of the connecting steel column are provided with connecting angle steel in a bolt connection mode, the circuit pipeline is bound to an angle steel layer in the middle of the connecting steel column, and the sound, light and dust sensing terminal equipment is mechanically connected with the angle steel on the top of the connecting steel column. Standardized modules are adopted for assembly, and a safety enclosure facility of various intelligent monitoring devices is integrated. The problems that a construction enclosing wall is non-standard, large in dead weight and low in component recovery rate are solved.
