The water drain pipe mechanism comprises a fourth sealing connecting pipe structure mounted on the side wall of the reservoir; the first sealing connecting pipe structure comprises a stepped outer pipe, a stepped inner pipe, a sealing ring assembly and an extrusion assembly, the stepped outer pipe is mounted on the side wall of the reservoir, and the stepped inner pipe is mounted in the stepped outer pipe; the extrusion assembly is movably installed between the stepped outer pipe and the stepped inner pipe, and the sealing ring assembly is located between the extrusion assembly and the stepped outer pipe.
