The invention discloses a building component turnover device which comprises a base, a turnover structure is arranged on the base, the turnover structure comprises a support, a connecting rod, a first motor, a rotating disc and a clamping groove, the support is in an L shape and connected with the middle of the base, the first motor is connected with the support and located below one end of the support, and the rotating disc is connected with the clamping groove. The connecting rod is connected with the support, a rotating groove is formed in the bottom of the connecting rod, the rotating disc is located in the rotating groove, the rotating disc is driven by a first motor, and a clamping groove is formed in the side, away from the first motor, of the rotating disc. A threaded rod penetrates through a fixing hole and a threaded hole to enable a pressing plate and a moving block body to fix a prefabricated slab, a second motor drives a traction rope to be wound on a winding rod, and a moving block is lifted upwards to move on a guide rail so as to lift the prefabricated slab. The two ends of the prefabricated slab are fixed through the rotating disc and the rotating block, and the first motor drives the rotating disc to rotate.
