Steel slag-based pavement composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a steel slag-based pavement composite material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of road building materials. The preparation method of the steel slag-based pavement composite material comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing steel slag fine aggregate, steel slag coarse aggregate and asphalt, and cooling to room temperature to obtain steel slag-based asphalt concrete; uniformly mixing the steel slag micro powder, blast furnace slag powder, an expanding agent, a water reducing agent, an interface reinforcing agent and water to obtain a steel slag micro powder grouting material; and pouring the steel slag micro-powder grouting material into gaps of the steel slag-based asphalt concrete, and condensing to obtain the steel slag-based pavement composite material. The steel slag-based asphalt concrete is used as a matrix, the steel slag micro-powder grouting material is poured into gaps of the steel slag-based asphalt concrete, and the amino silicon oil and the methacrylamide dopamine are adopted to enhance the bonding strength of a bonding interface between the steel slag micro-powder grouting material and the steel slag-based asphalt concrete, so that the pavement composite material with high deformation resistance and high stability is obtained.
本发明公开了一种钢渣基路面复合材料及其制备方法,涉及道路建筑材料技术领域。该钢渣基路面复合材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:将钢渣细集料、钢渣粗集料与沥青混合均匀,冷却至室温,得到钢渣基沥青混凝土;将钢渣微粉、高炉矿渣粉、膨胀剂、减水剂、界面增强剂和水混合均匀,得到钢渣微粉灌浆料;将钢渣微粉灌浆料灌注到钢渣基沥青混凝土的空隙中,凝结后,得到钢渣基路面复合材料。通过以钢渣基沥青混凝土为基体,向其空隙中灌注钢渣微粉灌浆料,并采用氨基硅油和甲基丙烯酰胺多巴胺增强了钢渣微粉灌浆料与钢渣基沥青混凝土的结合界面粘结强度,得到一种抗变形强、稳定性高的路面复合材料。
