The invention provides underground concrete with high impermeability and durability. Comprising the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of cement, 100-110 parts of coarse aggregate, 1.2-1.5 parts of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 74-76 parts of modified machine-made sand and 7-10 parts of water swelling rubber doped with silica powder. According to the invention, the water-swelling rubber doped with silica powder is used as a filler and is used for underground concrete, the underground concrete is always in a wet state, and the water-swelling rubber doped with silica powder can adsorb and swell when encountering water to fill pores in the concrete and block a formed permeation channel, so that the anti-permeability effect is achieved; the water-swelling rubber is also doped with silica powder, and along with the adsorption of water, the silica powder overflows from the water-swelling rubber into the concrete and fills a gap between the set cement and an interface transition area, so that the interface structure between the water-swelling rubber and the set cement is improved, and the material structure is more compact; and a possibly formed permeation channel is further blocked.
