Comprising a pair of sled-type supports arranged on the ground on the two sides of a plastic site to be constructed in a sliding mode, a rectangular-section straight ruler supported on the pair of sled-type supports, and a pair of traction ropes correspondingly connected with the pair of sled-type supports. Each sled type support comprises a pair of horizontal sliding rods making contact with the ground, a pair of transverse connecting ribs connected between the pair of horizontal sliding rods, and a pair of parallel inclined rods correspondingly, obliquely and vertically arranged on the pair of transverse connecting ribs. The straight ruler with the rectangular section is mounted and positioned between the pair of parallel inclined rods, so that the lower plane of the straight ruler with the rectangular section is obliquely arranged relative to the ground; and one ends of the pair of horizontal sliding rods are provided with arc-shaped rods which are upwarped in an arc shape. According to the device, the liquid plastic material can be conveniently and quickly stricken on the site, and the construction quality of the plastic site is improved.
