The invention discloses a concrete pumping and pouring system and method for a pier stud bent cap, and relates to the technical field of building construction equipment. The problems that according to an existing concrete pumping and pouring device and method, concrete pouring construction at a fixed-point position is completed by manually moving a concrete pump pipe, and the phenomenon of slurry-bone separation is prone to occurring in concrete are solved. The device comprises a hopper, an extensible supporting frame detachably connected to the outer side of the hopper, and a plurality of extensible chutes which are arranged in the radial direction and connected to the bottom of the hopper. The hopper is supported on the top of the pier stud bent cap reinforcing mesh through the extensible supporting frame, and the telescopic chutes are fixed to a plurality of discharging ports of the hopper through bolts respectively. The method comprises the steps that the concrete pumping and pouring system of the pier stud cover beam is assembled, a pump pipe of a concrete pump truck is aligned with and stretches into the hopper for material distribution, and concrete flows through the telescopic chutes in all directions through all the discharging ports of the hopper and is evenly poured into a formwork of the subway pier stud cover beam.
