The invention discloses a beam body prestress wet joint construction method which solves the problem that a lap joint face of new and old concrete and a wet joint crack. The special construction device is arranged at the initial end of wet joint construction and stretches across beam bodies on the two sides of a wet joint, a jaw pin column of a hydraulic drawing device in the special construction device is inserted into an insertion opening formed by two U-shaped ribs, and after the U-shaped ribs are drawn and welded, the hydraulic drawing device is released and the pin column is drawn out of the insertion opening. Then the special construction device is moved in the length direction of the beam body, and cold drawing and welding are conducted on the next pair of U-shaped ribs; and the rest U-shaped ribs are subjected to cold drawing and welding in the same way, and in the process, the hydraulic loading force of the hydraulic jack is gradually increased, so that the tensile stress between each pair of U-shaped ribs is kept at the numerical value N. Through cooperative use of the drawing device and the welding mechanical arm, mechanical construction can be achieved, and construction at the wet joint is more standardized.
本发明公开了一种梁体预应力湿接缝施工方法置,解决新旧混凝土搭接面、以及湿接缝自身存在开裂的问题。其中,将专用施工装置置于湿接缝施工的起始端,横跨在湿接缝两侧梁体上,专用施工装置中的液压拉拔器的钳口销柱插入两个U形筋形成的插口内,使得U形筋被拉拔,焊接完毕后,液压拉拔器释放并将销柱自插口内抽出。然后沿着梁体长度方向进行移动专用施工装置,对下一对U形筋的冷拉拔与焊接;依次类推,完成剩余U形筋的冷拉拔与焊接,在这一过程中,逐渐的增加液压千斤顶的液压加载力,使得每一对U形筋之间的拉应力保持在数值N。本发明通过拉拔器和焊接机械臂的配合使用可以实现机械化的施工,使湿接缝处的施工更加标准化。
