The middle-section grouting bridging device is arranged at an outer pipe opening of the outer grouting pipe and provided with a grout outlet hole, and one end of the inner grouting pipe extends into the outer grouting pipe, extends to the middle-section grouting bridging device along the outer grouting pipe and is communicated and rigidly connected with the outer grouting pipe. During reinforcement, specific parameters of the anchoring structure are determined through detection, so that the middle-section grouting bridging device is located at a crack forming surface or a soft soil layer range, after primary grouting condensation, the outer grouting pipe is tensioned to enable the frame beam to extrude a soil body so as to enable the cracks to be in close contact with one another, and then slope cracks are bridged and reinforced through secondary grouting.
