Construction method for post-grouting solidified mud cake on pile side of cast-in-place pile
The invention relates to the technical field of cast-in-place piles, and discloses a cast-in-place pile side post-grouting solidified mud cake construction method which comprises the following construction steps that (1) after cast-in-place piles are formed in a cast-in-place mode, the cast-in-place piles are internally provided with reinforcement cages, and pile side soil layers are arranged on the peripheries of the cast-in-place piles; a plurality of annular grouting pipes are arranged on the reinforcement cage, the annular grouting pipes are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the reinforcement cage, and a plurality of peripheral grouting openings are formed in the annular grouting pipes; each annular grouting pipe is connected with a vertical grouting pipe, and a grouting opening is formed in the top of each vertical grouting pipe. Within 7-8 hours after the cast-in-place pile is cast and formed, unplugging is conducted on the multiple vertical grouting pipes and the multiple annular grouting pipes; and (2) after the cast-in-place pile is cast and formed for 48 hours, grout is sequentially cast into the multiple annular grouting pipes through the vertical grouting pipes in the direction from top to bottom, the grout enters the position between the periphery of the cast-in-place pile and the soil body on the pile side and is mixed with the mud cake on the periphery of the cast-in-place pile, and after the grout is hardened, the mud cake on the periphery of the cast-in-place pile is solidified.
