The invention discloses a large-section beam construction method for a subway depot upper cover building, which comprises the following steps of: breaking a thermal insulation layer on the top surface of an existing building to expose an existing structural layer of the existing building; a bottom support of the concrete formwork is erected on the existing structural layer; a concrete formwork is erected on the bottom support; a first layer of concrete is poured through the concrete formwork; the upper surface of the first layer of concrete is scoured and scabbled through high-pressure flushing equipment; and a second layer of concrete is poured above the first layer of concrete to form the large-section beam. The large-section beam is poured in a layered mode, the formed first layer of concrete is used for supporting the to-be-formed second layer of concrete, the situation that an existing structural layer directly bears the whole dead weight of the large-section beam is avoided, and potential safety hazards are effectively reduced; the upper surface of the first layer of concrete is scoured and scabbled by using high-pressure flushing equipment, so that the construction difficulty of manual scabbling in the prior art is avoided, the construction efficiency is effectively improved, and a large amount of manpower and construction period are saved.
