The invention relates to an anti-pinch control method and system for an electric tail gate. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring real-time temperature information of a current environment and/or real-time attitude information of a vehicle; according to the real-time temperature information and/or the real-time attitude information, an anti-pinch current threshold value of the electric tail gate is determined; the current driving current of the electric tail gate is obtained; and according to the driving current and an anti-pinch current threshold value, an electric tail gate driving device is controlled to execute anti-pinch operation. By adopting the method, the clamping risk of the user can be reduced.
