The invention relates to the field of soil treatment and particularly discloses an industrial solid waste-based spoil curing agent as well as a preparation method and a use method thereof. Comprising the following raw material components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of coal gangue powder, 20-40 parts of slag powder, 20-40 parts of waste concrete recycled micro powder, 5-8 parts of sodium alginate, 10-15 parts of sodium silicate powder, 1-3 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.3-0.5 part of oxidized carbon nanotube powder and 5-8 parts of chitosan. According to the scheme, coal gangue powder is mainly used for adsorbing heavy metal pollutants in industrial solid waste spoil, then coal gangue gaps are filled with oxidized carbon nanotube powder, sodium alginate and sodium silicate powder, the residual heavy metal pollutants are further adsorbed, and the heavy metal pollutants are recycled to a certain extent; meanwhile, sodium silicate excites the activity of the waste concrete regenerated micro powder, the slag powder and the coal gangue powder to form a cross-linked network, and chitosan is added and can be complexed with sodium alginate to form a larger polymer network, so that the industrial solid waste-based spoil is solidified into a stable spoil-based building material.
