Slurry wrapping treatment and heat preservation maintenance are carried out on crushed and graded sand making raw materials to obtain sand materials with the surfaces coated with slurry, a layer of slurry film is formed on the surfaces of particles, the machine-made sand particles with the slurry film are obtained through the heat preservation maintenance process, and the particle strength is improved while the edges and corners of the surfaces of the particles are eliminated. And then, compounding the machine-made sand, and adjusting the particle size grading of the machine-made sand, so as to finally obtain a machine-made sand product which meets the middle line of the second area and is excellent in grain shape.
