The concrete is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 961 to 989 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 638 to 672 parts of fine aggregate, 244 to 267 parts of cement, 61 to 67 parts of coal ash, 19 to 23 parts of silicon powder, 80 to 89 parts of mineral powder, 0.34 to 0.51 part of polypropylene fiber, 2.01 to 2.25 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.01 to 0.07 part of an air entraining agent, 0.1 to 0.6 part of a dispersing agent and 159 to 173 parts of water. According to the invention, the polypropylene fiber is used as a reinforcing fiber, and the composite fly ash, the silicon powder and the mineral powder are added into the concrete together to form a three-dimensional network structure in a concrete matrix, so that the expansion of original defects in the matrix is prevented, the deformation resistance of the matrix is improved, the frost heaving cracking of the concrete is effectively relieved, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged.
