The invention relates to the technical field of sagger forming, in particular to a sagger forming process. Comprising the following steps: customizing a carbon fiber preform according to drawing requirements; carrying out shaping treatment on the prefabricated body; carrying out permeation by adopting vacuum adsorption modified resin, and carrying out curing treatment; heating by using an inner mold and an outer mold, and pressing by using a press to meet the required size requirement; the pressed carbon/carbon saggar is subjected to carbonization high-temperature treatment, and the saggar with the density requirement of 1.5 or above is obtained; and the carbon/carbon saggar subjected to high-temperature treatment is subjected to surface coating treatment, and it is ensured that carbon fibers cannot fall off. The invention provides a batch production sagger forming process which is simple to operate, low in cost, short in production period, high in finished product efficiency and easy to copy by combining the requirements of the market on saggers for new energy carbon/carbon positive and negative electrode materials.
