Device and method for preparing special-shaped silicon carbide foamed ceramic
The invention discloses a device and method for preparing special-shaped silicon carbide foamed ceramics, and relates to the field of silicon carbide foamed ceramics. A slurry hanging device is composed of a bottom plate, a grid cover plate, a top cover, a middle through part, a bottom groove, a track groove and sponge fragments; the sintering support device is composed of a plurality of ceramic pyramids. The method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing ceramic slurry; 2) performing surface activation treatment on the sponge; (3) immersing the treated sponge into the slurry to absorb the slurry; (4) placing the sponge for sucking the slurry in the center of the device, filling a gap between the device and the sponge for sucking the slurry with sponge fragments, and covering with a cover plate; (5) the cover plate is pressed, and the slurry absorbing sponge is compressed to form slurry hanging sponge; and 6) drying the slurry-coated sponge, placing the slurry-coated sponge in a crucible, carrying out primary low-temperature sintering, cooling, rapidly heating, and carrying out secondary high-temperature sintering. The method provided by the invention effectively improves the phenomena of non-uniform slurry distribution and excessive local blocked holes in the slurry hanging and discharging process of the special-shaped foamed ceramic, improves the porosity of the foamed ceramic, and improves the performance of the foamed ceramic.
一种制备异形碳化硅泡沫陶瓷的装置及方法,涉及碳化硅泡沫陶瓷领域,挂浆装置由底板、网格盖板、顶盖、中通、底槽、轨道槽和海绵碎块组成;烧结支架装置由多个陶瓷棱锥体组成;方法为:1)制备陶瓷浆料;2)然后对海绵进行表面活化处理;3)其次将处理好的海绵浸入浆料中吸浆;4)将吸浆的海绵置于装置的中心位置,海绵碎块填充装置与吸浆海绵的间隙,盖上盖板;5)按压盖板,吸浆海绵被压缩形成挂浆海绵;6)挂浆海绵烘干后置于坩埚内,进行一次低温烧结,冷却后快速升温进行二次高温烧结。本发明方法有效地改善异形泡沫陶瓷挂浆排浆的过程中出现浆料分布不均匀、局部堵孔过多的现象,提高泡沫陶瓷气孔率,提升了泡沫陶瓷的性能。
