The invention discloses an overwater positioning method for a pressure-bearing buoy of a floating bridge. The overwater positioning method comprises the steps that firstly, a base platform and berthing piers are erected; secondly, the pontoon is dragged to the position close to the base platform through tugs; thirdly, initial positioning of the buoy is completed through four platform winches on the base platform and berthing pier winches on berthing piers; 4, ballast water is injected into the buoy, so that the buoy sinks; 5, the floating cylinder is located on the base platform; sixthly, a pair of longitudinal jacks and two pairs of transverse jacks on the base platform are started, and the plane position of the buoy is finely adjusted; and 7, after a pier body heightening procedure and a pier body and main beam connecting procedure are sequentially carried out on the buoys, ballast water in the buoys is pumped out through a water pump to enable the buoys to float upwards, and then the buoys, the pier body on the buoys and the main beam are dragged away from the working area of the base platform through tugs. The stability of the buoy in water can be ensured, and subsequent butt joint of the buoy and the pier body and butt joint of the pier body and the main beam are facilitated.
