The invention provides a large-span fabricated steel corrugated arch culvert construction method which comprises the following steps: step 1, measuring and setting out the position of a culvert foundation pit, and excavating the foundation pit; 2, sand gravel is arranged on the base, and compaction treatment is conducted; 3, a reinforced concrete foundation of the steel corrugated arch culvert is constructed, and connecting pieces are pre-buried in the reinforced concrete foundation and used for being connected with the steel corrugated arch culvert; 4, the steel corrugated arch culvert is formed by connecting a plurality of steel corrugated pipe units in parallel, the steel corrugated pipe units are spliced firstly, and then the steel corrugated pipe units are installed on the reinforced concrete foundation; wherein each steel corrugated pipe unit is of a double-layer structure; 5, a splayed wall or a linear wall is constructed; and 6, the two sides and the top of the steel corrugated arch culvert are backfilled. The double-layer steel corrugated arch culvert has better stability and bearing capacity, and the construction method is low in construction cost, high in applicability, short in construction period, wide in application range, long in service life and low in maintenance cost.
本发明提供一种大跨径装配式钢波纹拱涵施工方法,施工方法包括以下步骤:步骤1,测量放样出涵洞基坑位置,并开挖基坑;步骤2,基底设置砂砾石,并进行压实处理;步骤3,施工钢波纹拱涵的钢筋混凝土基础,并在钢筋混凝土基础中预埋连接件,用于与钢波纹拱涵连接;步骤4,钢波纹拱涵由多个钢波纹管单元并列连接形成,先拼接钢波纹管单元,然后将钢波纹管单元安装在钢筋混凝土基础上;其中,钢波纹管单元为双层结构;步骤5,施工八字墙或一字墙;步骤6,对钢波纹拱涵的两侧及顶部进行回填。双层钢波纹拱涵具有更好稳定性和承载能力,该施工方法,施工成本较低,适用性强,施工周期较短,应用范围广泛,及较长使用寿命和较低维护成本。
