The invention discloses a steel open caisson underwater separated bin bottom sealing construction method. The method comprises the following steps that movable baffles are arranged at the positions of an outer blade foot and an inner blade foot of a steel open caisson; the steel open caisson comprises a plurality of first shaft bodies evenly arranged in the circumferential direction and a plurality of second shaft bodies evenly arranged in the circumferential direction, the number of the first shaft bodies is sixteen, and the number of the second shaft bodies is four. The outer blade foot and the inner blade foot are located at the outer wall bottom and the inner wall bottom of the first shaft. The steel open caisson is sunk to the foundation pit, the movable baffle is lowered to the seabed, and the bottom of the outer wall and the bottom of the inner wall of the first shaft are sealed; the four first shafts are subjected to bottom sealing and edge grouting; the four first shaft bodies are symmetrically arranged about the transverse bridge direction center line and the longitudinal bridge direction center line of the steel open caisson. The side cable side shaft is subjected to bottom sealing and edge grouting; sealing the bottom of a shaft on the main cable side and grouting a blade foot; and the second shaft is subjected to bottom sealing and edge grouting. According to the method, the underwater bottom sealing quality of the steel open caisson can be guaranteed, and then the safety of the steel open caisson in the marine environment is guaranteed.
