By arranging the rainwater channel, the rainwater overflowing capacity can be effectively improved, and waterlogging is avoided; the water collecting tank and the drain pipe can ensure that even if rainwater enters the cable bin, the rainwater can be guided and drained in time, and the function cable is protected.
