Through intensive construction of the combined pipe gallery, disordered fly wires such as electric power and telecommunication are collected into the pipe gallery together, on one hand, the fire safety risk can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile later maintenance is facilitated. By arranging the rainwater channel, the rainwater overflowing capacity can be effectively improved, and waterlogging is avoided; the water collecting tank and the drain pipe can ensure that even if rainwater enters the cable bin, the rainwater can be guided and drained in time, and the function cable is protected.
