According to the prestressed tendon and steel structure connector assembly type frame joint structure and the construction method thereof, a beam support is reserved on a prefabricated column, a grouting sleeve is embedded in the lower end of the prefabricated column, and a column longitudinal rib penetrates out of the upper end of the prefabricated column; between every two adjacent prefabricated columns, the lower end of one prefabricated column is arranged in the grouting sleeve of the other prefabricated column in a sleeving manner; the precast beams are placed on the beam supports of the precast columns; a wedge-shaped steel base plate is placed at the joint of the prefabricated beam and the prefabricated column and used for extruding a gap existing at the joint of the prefabricated beam and the prefabricated column. Pre-embedded anchor plates are embedded in the two sides of the prefabricated column, anchor bars are fixedly connected between the two pre-embedded anchor plates, and the pre-embedded anchor plates abut against the wedge-shaped steel base plates. According to the method, the internal force between the beam and the column can be effectively transmitted, the bearing capacity of the whole structure is improved, efficient, stable and sustainable building construction is achieved, the bearing capacity of a building is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明提供的一种预应力筋+钢结构接头装配式框架节点构造及其施工方法,预制柱,预留有梁托,且下端预埋有灌浆套筒,上端穿出有柱纵筋;相邻两所述预制柱之间,一所述预制柱下端套设在另一所述预制柱的灌浆套筒内;以及预制梁,搁置在预制柱的梁托上;所述预制梁与预制柱的连接处放置有楔形钢垫板,用于挤压预制梁与预制柱的连接处存在的空隙;且所述预制柱两侧埋设有预埋锚板,两预埋锚板之间固定连接有锚筋,所述预埋锚板与所述楔形钢垫板相抵接。本发明可以有效传递梁与柱之间的内力,提高整体结构的承载能力,实现高效、稳定且具有可持续性的建筑施工,该方法不仅提高了建筑物的承载能力,还降低了施工成本。
