The invention relates to an assembly type roof beam bearing steel structure which comprises a cross beam, a fixed vertical beam and a sliding vertical beam, the sliding vertical beam slides on the fixed vertical beam, the sliding direction of the sliding vertical beam is the vertical direction, a mounting block is arranged at the end, away from the fixed vertical beam, of the sliding vertical beam, the fixed vertical beam is provided with a first fixing piece, and the first fixing piece is provided with a second fixing piece. The first fixing piece limits sliding of the sliding vertical beam. The cross beam is provided with a connecting beam, the connecting beam is hinged to the cross beam, the connecting beam is provided with an extending beam in a sliding mode, the extending beam is used for being connected with the mounting block, the connecting beam is provided with a second fixing part, and the second fixing part is used for limiting sliding of the extending beam; through the mode, the size adjustment of the sliding cross beam and the extension beam is more convenient, the size of a to-be-constructed house is conveniently adapted, the sliding vertical beam is fixed through the first fixing piece, the extension beam is fixed through the second fixing piece, and the house beam is more convenient to install.
