I-shaped steel beams are welded to one sides of the mounting frames correspondingly, a plurality of steel pipe scaffolds used for construction are evenly arranged on the upper surfaces of the I-shaped steel beams, and the steel pipe scaffolds are located on one sides of the ALC partition boards. When the ALC installation device at the ultrahigh outer wall arc beam and the construction method of the ALC installation device are used, the steel pipe scaffold is built on one side of the structural steel beam through cooperation of the installation frame and the I-shaped steel beam, personnel can directly conduct installation deviation rectification and adjustment on the ALC partition wall board on the steel pipe scaffold, and therefore the construction quality of the ALC partition wall board is guaranteed; and the safety and the construction efficiency of ALC construction at the ultrahigh outer wall arc beam are improved.
