The invention discloses an erecting and positioning method of a wall aluminum formwork for pouring a shear wall, and solves the problems of how to simplify a wall formwork erecting perpendicularity control program and how to avoid a root rot phenomenon after the shear wall is poured. A shaped inverted-T-shaped guide frame capable of controlling the perpendicularity of a wall erecting formwork is designed, a barrel with a square section is arranged on the inner side of the lower end of the inverted-T-shaped guide frame, the wall erecting formwork is connected to the inverted-T-shaped guide frame in an abutting mode, and the square barrel at the bottom end of the inverted-T-shaped guide frame is arranged in a strip-shaped gap space on the outer side of angle steel under a wall aluminum formwork. The strip-shaped space is sealed, and the perpendicularity of the wall aluminum formwork is controlled by the vertical plate of the guide frame, so that the perpendicularity control procedure of erecting the wall aluminum formwork is simplified, and the root rotting phenomenon of a poured wall is avoided.
本发明公开了一种浇筑剪力墙用的墙铝模板的支设定位方法,解决了如何简化墙模板支设垂直度控制程序,并避免剪力墙浇筑后烂根现象的问题;设计一个定型化的可控制墙体立模板垂直度的倒T形导架,并在倒T形导架下端内侧设置一个断面为“口”字形的筒体,将墙体立模板靠接在倒T形导架上,使倒T形导架底端的“口”字形的筒体设置在墙铝模板正下方的角钢外侧的条形空隙空间内,将该条形空间封闭,并用导架的垂直立板来控制墙铝模板的垂直度,从而起到简化搭设墙铝模板的垂直度控制程序,并避免浇筑墙体出现烂根现象。
