And then the steel bar limiting pieces are installed in the clamping grooves of the prefabricated mold, then concrete is poured into the mold, and demolding is conducted, so that the distribution uniformity of the transverse and longitudinal steel bars on the prefabricated wallboard is greatly improved, and the overall quality and precision are improved.
本发明公开了一种装配式混凝土预制墙板,包括预制模具,所述预制模具周侧设置有若干个卡接槽,钢筋限位件对应连接在所述卡接槽内,所述钢筋限位件顶部设置有脱模穿孔板,所述脱模穿孔板上设置有限位孔,两侧所述钢筋限位件用于限位横向钢筋,两端所述钢筋限位件用于限位纵向钢筋。本发明将若干个横向钢筋连接在纵向布置的钢筋限位件上,并用转动限位板连接在限位槽内进行固定,将若干个纵向钢筋连接在横向布置的钢筋限位件上,并用转动限位板连接在限位槽内进行固定,从而形成横纵交叉的钢筋架,然后钢筋限位件安装在预制模具卡接槽内,然后向模具内浇注混凝土,然后进行脱模,大大提高横纵钢筋在预制墙板分布的均匀度,提高其整体的质量和精度。
