The application of the diabase and the basalt in the pavement slurry seal is characterized in that the diabase is used as macadam, the diabase is used as coarse aggregate, the macadam and the coarse aggregate are applied to the pavement slurry seal, and the pavement slurry seal is used for maintaining and/or repairing an asphalt pavement in a northwest gobi area with the day and night temperature difference of 10-14 DEG C. By increasing the dosage of the components such as the matrix asphalt, the emulsifier and the petroleum ratio, pavement repair is achieved when the temperature difference is large.
本发明中辉绿岩和玄武岩在路面稀浆封层中的应用，其特征在于，以辉绿岩为碎石，辉绿岩为粗集料，将其应用于路面稀浆封层中，利用所述路面稀浆封层，进行昼夜温差10‑14℃的西北戈壁区域的沥青路面养护和/或修复。本发明通过增大基质沥青、乳化剂以及石油比等组分用量，实现了温差较大时候的路面修复。
