The invention discloses a method for preparing porous ceramics by a vibration freeze-drying technology. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, fully mixing 0.5-1.5% by mass of a binder, 30-50% by mass of ceramic powder, 0.6-0.8% by mass of a dispersant and distilled water; step 2, putting the obtained mixture into a ball mill, and grinding for 20-60 minutes at the speed of 200-1000r/min, so as to obtain ceramic slurry with a freeze-drying characteristic; 3, the ceramic slurry obtained in the step 2 is injected into a heat transfer material mold with an opening in the upper end, then the mold is installed on a vibrator, and the vibrator with the mold is placed in the low-temperature environment of-20 DEG C to-50 DEG C to vibrate for 1-2 h at the frequency of 2-10 Hz and the amplitude of 1-3 mm; 4, after the ceramic slurry is completely frozen, the frozen slurry and the mold are put into a freeze dryer together for low-pressure drying, and a porous ceramic green body is obtained; 5, the porous ceramic green body prepared in the step 4 is put into a sintering furnace to be sintered at the temperature of 1350-1650 DEG C, and the porous ceramic is obtained.
