Freeze-thaw-resistant and high-fracture-resistant concrete mortar panel and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a freeze-thaw-resistant and high-fracture-resistant concrete mortar panel. The freeze-thaw-resistant and high-fracture-resistant concrete mortar panel is prepared by the following steps: firstly, mixing cement, fine aggregate and water to prepare a concrete mortar panel base material; then reacting the recycled PET bottle flake resin, low-density polyethylene resin, brominated epoxy resin, terpene resin, superfine aluminum hydroxide powder, a sensitizer, a flatting agent and a degassing agent to obtain a thermoplastic coating; and transferring the heated concrete panel base material into a fluidized bed for powder absorption and coating, plasticizing, leveling and cooling. Compared with a common concrete mortar base material panel, the panel has the advantages of being high in smoothness, excellent in freeze-thaw resistance, excellent in water resistance, high in breaking strength and the like, can be used in various fields such as indoor and outdoor fields, and is good in coating flame retardant property; and the thermoplastic coating is adopted, so that the material and the forming process of the coating are relatively simple, the cost is far lower than that of a thermosetting coating, the thermoplastic coating has the advantage of low cost, and a new way is found for high-added-value application of concrete and recycled PET bottle chips.
本发明涉及一种抗冻融、高抗折型混凝土砂浆面板，首先将水泥、细集料和水混合制得混凝土砂浆面板基材；然后将回收PET瓶片树脂、低密度聚乙烯树脂、溴化环氧树脂、萜烯树脂、超细氢氧化铝粉、增光剂、流平剂及脱气剂反应得到热塑性涂料；将加热的混凝土面板基材转移至流化床中进行吸粉涂装，经塑化流平、冷却得到。该面板相比普通的混凝土砂浆基材面板，具有光滑度高、抗冻融性能出色，耐水性能出色、抗折强度高等优点，可以用于户内外等各种领域中使用，涂膜阻燃性能好；而且采用的是热塑性涂层，无论是涂层自身材料及成型工艺均较为简单，成本远低于热固性涂层，具有成本低的优势，这也为混凝土及回收PET瓶片的高附加值应用找到新的途径。
