The disc type vibration isolator is used for carrying out vibration isolation support on the lower seat plate; the positioning and assembling method comprises the following steps that the annular nonmetal sliding plate is embedded, and lubricating grease is smeared; a lower seat plate and a disc type vibration isolator which are connected into a whole are installed; dismounting the positioning screw; calculating the rated volume of butter required by the inner cavity of the base plate; butter is poured through a lower base plate positioning hole; and the lower seat plate positioning hole is blocked. According to the vertical vibration isolation spherical steel support and the positioning and assembling method, centering is achieved when the disc type vibration isolator and the support assembly are assembled; meanwhile, the structural design is optimized, the elastic element is effectively protected, and the safety and durability of the support are improved.
