A water filtering circular plate is arranged on the masonry shell; a plurality of water filtering circular plates are arranged at equal intervals; a water inlet groove is formed in the masonry shell, and a filter plate is arranged on the water inlet groove. According to the invention, not only can the covering soil loss be effectively controlled, but also a part of crossing seawater can be stored, and the stored seawater is utilized to water the green plants when the waves are not overtopped, so that the energy recycling effect is realized, and the green plants are planted to further improve the coast ecologicalization.
