The invention relates to the technical field of gate installation, in particular to an underwater alignment quick connection device for gate installation, which comprises a base, the base is provided with first upright posts and second upright posts, and the two first upright posts and the two second upright posts are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the two ends of the base; the four side end movable plates are all movably arranged in the containing cavity in a sleeved mode, and the water drainage hole is formed in the containing cavity; the adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the deflection state of the rotating plate; and the driving mechanism is used for driving the adjusting mechanism and the four side end movable plates. The auxiliary frame is pre-installed through the first stand column and the second stand column, the gate body is placed in a limited mode, then the side end movable plate is separated so that the side end sliding rail can be conveniently installed, the side end fixed frame and the upper end fixed frame are installed, and then the original gate body installation process is optimized; and the gate main body is precisely mounted with the base and the side end sliding rail in a limiting manner.
