Static sounding autonomous penetration system based on bionics
The invention discloses a bionics-based static sounding autonomous penetration system which comprises a controller, an upper expansion device, a loading device, a lower expansion and contraction device and a static sounding probe, the upper expansion device comprises an elastic film surrounding the hollow cylinder with the water permeable holes; the loading device comprises four groups of hydraulic loading units; the lower expanding and contracting device comprises six metal blades capable of expanding and contracting in the radial direction. Water is filled into the elastic film so that the elastic film can expand and extrude surrounding soil, and counter force needed by stretching of the loading device is provided. The probe can vertically penetrate into a soil body and change the advancing direction by controlling four groups of hydraulic loading units in the loading device. When the metal blades are unfolded, the bearing force of the soil body above the metal blades provides the counter force required when the loading device is shortened. A counter-force device does not need to be arranged on the ground surface, and a probe rod does not need to be arranged between the loading device and the static sounding probe. The device has small disturbance to the surrounding environment, can be used in places where large machines are difficult to reach, and expands the application range of static sounding test sites.
