Sand pile hole protection method
The invention discloses a sand pile hole protection method. The sand pile hole protection method comprises the construction process that a sand pile hole excavation structure is formed, so that quicksand expands outwards in a step located at the top of a pile hole and is accumulated on the lower portion of a guide cone. The sand pocket is axially and positively pressed to prevent flowing sand from flowing in a step at the top of a pile hole to be intercepted and protected, the guide cone sleeved on the lantern ring is in the shape of a cone which firstly expands outwards and then contracts inwards, so that the flowing sand pushed to flow by wind expands outwards to be accumulated at the lower part of the guide cone, and part of the flowing sand enters a pocket hole of the sand pocket, so that the flow of the flowing sand is stopped. The sand pocket is stably pressed downwards from the step at the top of the pile hole to increase friction force of installation, the sand pocket and the guide cone are pressed in the step at the top of the pile hole by weight and do not take the inner wall at the top of the pile hole as a stress foundation, and the problem of hole collapse caused by blocking and falling of construction concrete on the inner wall at the top of the pile hole is solved.
本发明公开了一种沙地桩孔防护方法,包括:构成沙地桩孔开挖结构能使流沙在处于桩孔顶部的台阶内呈现向外扩张堆积于导向锥下部的沙地桩孔开挖结构施工过程。沙兜轴向正压防止在桩孔顶部的台阶内对流沙流动进行截流防护,套环上套的导向锥,由于导向锥形状为先外扩后内收的锥体,使被风推行流动的流沙以向外扩张堆积在导向锥下部,部分流沙进入沙兜的兜孔中,使沙兜稳定从桩孔顶部的台阶下压增加安装的摩擦力,让沙兜及导向锥以重量压在桩孔顶部的台阶内不会以桩孔顶部内壁为受力基础,解决了桩孔顶部内壁施工混凝土进行阻挡脱落产生塌孔的问题。
