According to the reinforced pile tip structure, the ground breaking capacity of the pipe pile can be improved, the soil squeezing effect can be weakened, and therefore the pile sinking difficulty of the prefabricated pipe pile can be effectively reduced.
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种锥头内嵌的加强型桩尖结构及其设计方法,包括:连接圆管、加劲板和破土尖头结构;该连接圆管的一端固定在管桩的端板上,且连接圆管的外侧壁与管桩的端板之间连接有加劲板;该破土尖头结构为一字型钢板结构、十字形钢板结构或六角雪花型钢板结构;且该破土尖头结构包括锥形尖头和连接在锥形尖头后端的连接件,所述连接件设置于连接圆管内部,且连接件的边缘与连接圆管的内壁之间采用角焊缝连接。该加强型桩尖结构既可以提高管桩的破土能力,又可以减弱挤土效应,从而可以有效的降低预制管桩的沉桩难度。
