The invention discloses an anchoring force enhanced full-bonding steel pipe anchor rod with pneumatic nailing and a mounting method thereof, the steel pipe anchor rod is pushed into the inner wall of a loess anchoring hole by utilizing an air bag through a telescopic conical grouting nail, and finally concrete slurry is fully permeated into a soil body around the steel pipe anchor rod through a hollow pipe body system, so that the anchoring force enhanced full-bonding steel pipe anchor rod is formed. And finally, the steel pipe concrete soil body reinforcing and supporting structure with the multiple branches is formed. By means of the design of the telescopic conical grouting nails, the anchor rod can be installed in a small anchoring hole, the grouting range of the grouting anchor rod is increased through extrusion of the conical grouting nails, the cohesive force of the grouting body after solidification is increased, and then the loess reinforcing effect is improved. The mounting method of the steel pipe anchor rod is simple, and the bonding capacity and the pulling resistance of the mounted steel pipe anchor rod and the grouting body are improved.
